Soyu’s Soft Tofu is, in our opinion, a cut above the rest! Soft (but not silken or overly delicate!), it has a wonderfully creamy, succulent texture. This tofu is incredibly versatile, tasty, and easy to prepare. Cube and fry, slice and grill, chop and deep-fry, and more!

It took many months to perfect the recipe for Soyu’s palate, but we think it’s safe to say that this tofu is not lacking in flavour or flare. Made with just 3 all-natural ingredients, this organic protein source is delicious as is and harnesses the true brilliance of bean curd, with a smooth, faint earthiness, that is the perfect neutral canvas for experimenting.

You can allow it to soak up flavours during cooking, or marinate it in your favourite spice blends. Thanks to its softer composition, this variety of tofu is easily broken down for scrambles, and more!

As a vegan meat alternative or a staple in its own right, you can enjoy the quality of Soyu’s Soft Tofu in scrambles, stir-fries, loaded wraps, aromatic curries, packed tortillas, and even desserts like cheezecakes and mousses! It is particularly great in a vegan Ma Po Tofu, or Miso Soup.
