Shipping policy

All orders are currently taking 4-5 working days due to delays in the global supply chain and unusually busy courier schedules.

We are currently charging a flat-fee of £9.99 delivery on all orders over £100.
A 'Shipping & Surcharge Fee' of £29.99 applies to all orders below £100.


All orders received by 10AM on a weekday (Monday to Thursday), are packed & despatched on the same day for next working day delivery (subject to stock availability).

All Orders received after 10AM, on a weekday (Monday to Friday), weekends and bank holidays, are packed & despatched on the next working day, and the order will be delivered on the following working day.


Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service

- Standard charge for this option is - £9.99.
- Orders are despatched within 2-3 days (subject to stock availability).
- Tracked 24 service takes 1 working day for delivery (including Saturdays).
- Orders placed before 2pm can be despatched the same day for next working day delivery (subject to stock availability).
- We cannot accept instructions to leave packages without signatures. 
- On the rare occasion, you may receive your goods in several packages, which arrive on different days.


DPD Next Day Delivery - CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE

- Most UK orders are sent via DPD Next Day Delivery.
- Standard charge for this option is - £10.99
- Using DPD, we can offer you next day delivery (excluding weekends).
- Orders placed before 2pm can be despatched the same day for next day delivery (subject to stock availability).
- We cannot accept instructions to leave packages without signatures.
- We cannot be held responsible for any missed deliveries.
- Orders are despatched from our warehouse within 2-3 days (subject to stock availability).
- On the rare occasion, you may receive your goods in several packages, which arrive on different days.
