When we combined dates, chocolate and hazelnuts, we expected a delicious result. But instead we found the undeniable proof that chocolate belongs in a fruit cookie.

Storage
Store in a cool and dry place.
All orders are currently taking 3-5 working days due to border delays and unusually busy courier schedules.
Our minimum order value is £30. Orders below £30 are subject to a delivery and surcharge fee of £9.99 to cover our cost of postage and packaging (including any gel packs required for chilled products).
We are currently charging a flat-fee of £6.99 delivery on all orders over £30.
Under Normal Circumstances
All Orders received by 11AM on a Weekday (Monday to Thursday), are packed & despatched on the same day for next working day delivery.
All Orders received after 11AM, on a weekday (Monday to Friday), weekends and bank holidays, are packed & despatched on the next working day, and the order will be delivered on the following working day.
DUE TO THE ONGOING COVID-19 ISSUES, DELIVERIES ARE NOT GUARANTEED FOR NEXT WORKING DAY BY DHL, DPD, Royal Mail. WE APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED.
COVID Delivery Times
- Please allow a minimum of 2-3 working days handling time on all orders.
- All orders are dispatched as promptly as possible.
- All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.
- All purchased items will be delivered to the billing address only.
- We will only ship goods within the United Kingdom.
- On the rare occasion, you may receive separate packages, which arrive on different days.
- We will often send goods that are in stock straight away and send the outstanding goods as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.
- We will endeavour to send you an email when your goods are dispatched.
DPD Next Day Delivery (temporarily unavailable)
- Most UK orders are sent via DPD Next Day Delivery.
- Standard charge for this option is - £6.99
- Using DPD, we can offer you next day delivery (excluding weekends).
- Orders placed before 2pm can be despatched the same day for next day delivery (subject to stock availability).
- We cannot accept instructions to leave packages without signatures.
- We cannot be held responsible for any missed deliveries.
- Orders are despatched from our warehouse within 2-3 days (subject to stock availability).
- On the rare occasion, you may receive your goods in several packages, which arrive on different days.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service
- Standard charge for this option is - £6.99.
- Orders are despatched within 3-5 working days (subject to stock availability).
- Tracked 24 service takes 1 working day for delivery (including Saturdays).
- Orders placed before 2pm can be despatched the same day for next working day delivery (subject to stock availability).
