All orders are currently taking 3-5 working days due to border delays and unusually busy courier schedules.
Our minimum order value is £25. Orders below £25 are subject to a delivery and surcharge fee of £8.99 to cover our cost of postage and packaging (including any gel packs required for chilled products).
We are currently charging a flat-fee of £5.99 delivery on all orders between £25 to £50. Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery.
Under Normal Circumstances
All Orders received by 11AM on a Weekday (Monday to Thursday), are packed & despatched on the same day for next working day delivery.
All Orders received after 11AM, on a weekday (Monday to Friday), weekends and bank holidays, are packed & despatched on the next working day, and the order will be delivered on the following working day.
DUE TO THE ONGOING COVID-19 ISSUES, DELIVERIES ARE NOT GUARANTEED FOR NEXT WORKING DAY BY DHL, DPD, Royal Mail. WE APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service
