This cheese alternative is similar to their Shamembert, but offers a less intense experience with balanced, earthy notes, for those who prefer milder flavours. It has a delightfully squishy, creamy texture, paired with subtle earthy tones thanks to truffle oil.

Works especially well in salads and sandwiches where it can really shine, or serve in vegan quiches or crepes. To keep it even simpler, we recommend just spreading this cheese alternative straight onto a crusty French baguette, or serve on a vegan cheeseboard with some delicious chutneys.
