It’s a traditional Japanese umami-rich seasoning, that combines the tangy flavour of yuzu citrus juice with naturally brewed soya sauce. It’s the perfect dining table condiment, it’s ready to drizzle across your favourite salads, used to create zesty dressings or to use as a dipping sauce for gyoza dumplings and vegetable tempura.
