Inspired by the delights of Southern India, our butternut squash dish comes pre-marinated with our ten spice blend and topped with an almond pistachio crumb. Pair with curried lentils, fresh spinach and coconut yoghurt and then finish everything off with our sweet mango chutney drizzle.
Butternut squash is packed full of vitamin A and C which help to maintain healthy eyes and skin.
Almonds can help to lower cholesterol, reduce blood pressure and were a favourite of the Egyptian pharaohs who liked to eat them baked in bread.
