Based on rice flour, these gluten-free, vegan biscuits are something that all can enjoy! With the texture and sweet taste of their traditional counterparts, these fingers are the perfect shortcut for your cake and patisserie needs! With a slightly thinner size and less airiness than some other Savoiardi varieties, these biscuits remain more solid, since they absorb less liquid – this makes them perfect for tiramisù, as it helps to prevent sogginess!

They also work wonderfully well in trifles, and Charlotte cakes; you may have heard the latter referred to as an ‘icebox’ cake, which makes them perfect when entertaining, as you can do all your prep beforehand and wow your guests with the grand reveal when it emerges from the fridge!
