Storage
Our seitan logs have a long (30 weeks) shelf life so long as the packaging is intact. Once opened, wrap the remaining seitan tightly in cling film, keep refrigerated and use within 5 days of opening. Alternatively, freeze the seitan on the day of opening and use within 3 months of freezing.
All orders are currently taking 3-5 working days to process due to the ongoing supply chain issues with imported products.
Our minimum order value is £100. Orders below £100 are subject to a delivery and surcharge fee of £29.99 to cover our cost of postage and packaging (including any gel packs required for chilled products).
We are currently charging just £9.99 for nationwide delivery on orders over £100.
Despatch Schedule
Orders are only despatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Therefore delivery of the order can be expected to arrive on a Wednesday or a Friday, respectively.

- Most large UK orders are sent via FedEx Priority, which is a next day delivery service.

- Using FedEx, we can offer you fully tracked, next day delivery (excluding weekends).
