Free from cholesterol, GMOs, allergens, and based on vegetable oils and faba and potato proteins, it differs from other vegan cheeses thanks to its lower starch content – making it a product that all can enjoy!
It has a rich and intense flavour, reminiscent of traditional Italian hard cheeses such as Parmesan and Grana Padano. As such, it is best when sprinkled across risotto, gnocchi, pasta, pizza, and other Italian ‘al forno’ dishes like melanzane alla parmigiana. Storage
Keep in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days once opened.
Suitable for freezing. Defrost in the fridge for 24 hours before use.

Our minimum order value is £100. Orders below £100 are subject to a delivery and surcharge fee of £29.99 to cover our cost of postage and packaging (including any gel packs required for chilled products).

Despatch Schedule
Orders are only despatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Therefore delivery of the order can be expected to arrive on a Wednesday or a Friday, respectively.
