Loved by foragers everywhere, wild garlic (AKA ramsons, wood garlic, bear garlic, and many more!) is the refreshingly zingy yet milder cousin to the more widely-known bulbs of garlic; it gives a somewhat sweet yet peppery taste, so it’s perfect for those who can’t bear stronger garlic flavours.

Made with cashews, wild and granulated garlic, cultures, and aged with an air curing process, it’s a deliciously moreish cheese that, whilst mellow, is sure to keep the vampires at bay!

Its robust flavour works extremely well in sandwiches, salads, pasta and pizza. It would be very much at home on a vegan cheeseboard with crackers, crudités and punchy pickles!
