Honestly Tasty’s Garlic & Herb Spread is the fourth cheese alternative created by their founder Mike when he was looking for a light, summery cheese echoing the crumbly but soft texture of Gournay style cheese. The result is this successful recreation of a beloved cheese icon (which we won’t name here)! Suffice to say, this cheese alternative features notes of garlic, chives and fresh parsley for a flavour-packed punch – a signature ‘summer cheese’.
Made with a unique manufacturing process and traditional cheese-making methodology, the team at Honestly Tasty have created the tastes and textures that people know and love. Melt-in-the-mouth and spreadable, this cheese alternative is slightly crumbly but creamy at the same time.
Works well in potatoes, pastries, sauces, salads, pasta, and sandwiches – especially fab on a toasted bagel with some peppery greens! To really let the flavours sings, we recommend just spreading this cheese alternative straight onto a crusty French baguette, or simply serve on a vegan cheeseboard with some delicious chutneys.
