Mouse’s Favourite Apricolina is a delightfully tangy vegan cheese alternative with a hint of sweetness. The addition of unsulphured apricot pieces, which are naturally darker in colour, balance the mature flavours and make it easy on the palette.
An authentic taste is achieved by combining the highest quality organic cashew nuts with traditional cheese-making cultures and processes. Made by hand in micro batches and carefully nurtured, this vegan cheese alternative is aged for several weeks to develop a delicate fruity flavour and a semi-soft texture.
If left unwrapped in the fridge for a day or two before serving, Mouse’s Favourite Apricolina will become firmer and create a natural rind. We think that it brings fresh and fruity tones to a vegan cheeseboard.

Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5˚C.
To form a delicious rind, store unwrapped for a day or two in the refrigerator. It will also become firmer overall.
Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 10 days.
Suitable for freezing. Allow to defrost in the fridge.
All orders are currently taking 3-5 working days to process due to the ongoing supply chain issues with imported products.
Our minimum order value is £100. Orders below £100 are subject to a delivery and surcharge fee of £29.99 to cover our cost of postage and packaging (including any gel packs required for chilled products).
We are currently charging just £9.99 for nationwide delivery on orders over £100.
Despatch Schedule
Orders are only despatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Therefore delivery of the order can be expected to arrive on a Wednesday or a Friday, respectively.

- Using FedEx, we can offer you fully tracked, next day delivery (excluding weekends).
