Navesu Account, Personal Information and Security 

By placing an Order you agree and understand that we may collect, use, store and process your Personal Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Navesu fully respects the privacy of individuals who access and use the Platforms. When you register for a Navesu Account, you agree that:


  1. a) The Personal Information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is accurate; and

  2. b) If any of your information changes (for example you change address) please let us know by updating your Navesu Account online or contacting our Customer Services team or by calling 0753 555 8400.


You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.

You are responsible for keeping your Navesu Account and Personal Information confidential. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your Navesu Account or Personal Information and, any breach of security or misuse, or suspected breach of security or misuse of such. Please ensure that you sign out from your Navesu Account at the end of each session if you use a shared computer. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this clause.

Delivery, Exchange, Returns

We promise to refund any item that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a resalable condition by post within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. You can review our full Refunds & Returns policy for more details.

Currency & Taxes Payable

We charge you for your order in Pounds Sterling. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Please note that customers outside of the United Kingdom will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities. Please note that when paying in foreign currencies, your bank may charge a conversion rate. If you are unsure about the rate of conversion please contact your bank.

Times quoted in these terms and conditions are Greenwich Mean Time or British Summer Time (as applicable).

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and it is agreed that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. If any terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
